Noticed :
1. For best performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing the COLMI ring on your index finger. If you prefer other fingers, the middle and ring fingers are also acceptable. Avoid using fingers that are narrower than the knuckles at the base.
2.Please measure your finger circumference before purchasing and make sure the string or paper strip fits your finger perfectly, avoiding being too loose or too tight.(Please use a thinner piece of string or paper strip to measure the size. If the measuring tool is too wide, the measurement will be large.)
3.How to get started: Use the included charging case to charge the COLMI ring. The heart rate indicator light will turn on to indicate successful startup. Then, you can use the Qring APP to connect the COLMI ring.
3.1.Some models have a protective film on the charging port. Please remove the protective film before charging.
3.2.If you purchased the charging case version, please charge the charging case at the same time when you use it for the first time.
